This is an open creative loft located at the intersection of SoHo and TriBeCa.
Our loft is perfect for smaller meetings, photo/video shoots, and dinners. You'll get fantastic views of the historic landmark architecture in our neighborhood.
There is an elevator for moving equipment.
Additional charges would be for photo/video equipment, events with alcohol, production services, furniture, and more than 10 people.
