About the pool

New custom built home in 2022. The home sits on 2 acres, right off the 101 highway. Backyard... including pool, spa, regulation bocce court, 1300 sqft putting green, chipping green, horseshoe pits, wood burning firepit, gas firepit, pergola, bbq, cornhole, badminton, bottle bash games, and large patio all built in 2023. Our newest addition are two playful Dwarf Goats! The home is set up perfect for work events, birthday parties, weddings, etc.

Directions for using the "paid for" amenities:

- Gas fire pit on patio: use the valve key on the exterior of fireplace, do a quarter turn, use a lighter to ignite the fire ring

- Gas grill: propane is always on: simply depress the left knob and turn to ignite burner

- Firepots by pool: Not allowed to be used/rented

- Wood burning firepit: Wood pile is on west side of property against block wall
