About the pool

Hangout with two of the best German shepherds in Mooresville while you listen to the water cascading over the enormous spillway from the spa into the pool. Or, connect to the Sonos outdoor speakers to listen to your favorite tunes while you catch a tan.

Relax knowing the 17 acres behind the house is undeveloped land & actually my neighbors land. Lay out in one of the many super comfortable Rove Concepts pool loungers.

42” grill at the outdoor kitchen is free to use at your convenience

Fire Pit

Fire-pit is available to use if it’s evening. It’s got a gas valve key on the side of it & needs a long lighter to light it… but is very simple to use.

Sonos outdoor speakers are being installed soon (end of April)

Pool can be heated at one’s request, to any temperature, with 24 hr notice… otherwise it’s just the temperature it is… based on outside weather.

Hot Tub On

This feature is turned on by myself, via the pool app on my phone… from anywhere. Takes maybe 45 minutes to heat it to 102 degrees, depending on pool water temp.

Pool Toys

There’s usually a float or two (sometimes more) in the pool, if it isn’t deflated, lol. There’s an electric pump out back, in the outdoor kitchen drawer beside the grill.

Outdoor Refrigerator

This feature should be up and usable by the end of April.
