Full Arcade room (no charge for all games), sunken living room, Indoor circular bar, Vintage (1978) Kitchen. Multiple bathrooms. Updated exterior with brand new heated saltwater pool, outdoor shower , spa (add’l cost). We also own a local restaurant and can provide very affordable catering if needed. Parking for approx 15 vehicles available max, for larger events we can help arrange transportation and/or offsite parking. Please note pricing is based on the type of event and number of people attending, range is $350-$800/hr for a full 8-hour day (including setup & breakdown) based on total # people. Minimum 4 hour rental. Please include adequate time for arrival / setup and breakdown and cleanup and final departure at the end of your booking. Contact owner with any questions or special requests!
