Light-filled, secure, and quiet (!!) studio space perfect for many photo and video productions. An open kitchenette, 2 ADA bathrooms, a gated parking lot, and heat/AC make this space ideal for both large and small shoots. It has a huge ground-floor roll-up door for easy load-in. 18’ ceilings, 12’ high trusses, operable factory windows and brick walls. The location is very convenient to SF (3 min drive to the Bay Bridge toll plaza, 3/4 mile to W. Oakland BART station).
