About the home

Large industrial studio loft run by artist and interior/prop stylist. 1800sf flex space featuring exposed brick walls, hand painted details and original artwork. 10' ceilings, concrete floors, large windows, full kitchen and bath. Long marble conference/dining table, huge flat screen monitor and comfy furniture. 2 free all day designated parking spots. Freight elevator and loading dock. Tons of amenities make this perfect for photoshoots, workshops, presentations, off-sites or retreats. I am an interior designer and sometimes stage the loft differently. Please check with me ahead of booking to chat about specific decor for your reservation.

Rental comes styled/furnished *similar* to listing photos. If a guest wants to restyle, rearrange significantly, or use specific props, that is possible as an add-on. Please discuss styling needs prior to booking for a customized fee based on usage. Pricing available upon request.

Stylist Services

In-house styling services include set dressing and coordinating careful rearranging of furniture, artwork and decor. Please discuss planned setups with the studio manager beforehand. Rates available upon request.
