Awesome pool party venue with bar and seating on lanai. Upper and lower pool decks with seating, umbrellas, lounge chairs - fire pit -large pool with waterfall. Outside pool shower stall. Access to bathroom off pool through french doors. Fridge under bar. Big yard for further seating and play if desired off lania. Private, high hampton hedges. Children must have a designated lifeguard.
