Modernist house built 1957. Very high ceilings. Lots of open space. Lots of light. Great views, also at night (city lights). Wild garden in an acre and half large property. Hillside with many paths and outdoors stairs. Stunning mature oak trees. Many sitting areas, terraces, pergola. gazebo, deck overlooking city views. Native and succulent gardens.
