This bare bones studio apartment that’s been recently stripped and demolished is a great grungy backdrop for photo shoots, music video shoots and indie films in need of a run-down, dystopian look for projects.
Recently demolished Studio apartment in Downtown, Long Beach, CA. Completely exposed kitchen, toilet, flooring, & ceiling. Located in a historic building.
About 550-600 sqft of space.
If booked, you will have access to 1 full bathroom in next door apartment that we also manage. Booking of this location does not grant permission to shoot in the apartment next door. We do have wifi.
