About the pool

Welcome to my pool! It has been a great place to have friends and family. The pool has a great baja shelf that works great to sit and relax or also has been a favorite for the kids to play on. The pool also has a waterfall shelf. Great for relaxing serenity or another fun spot for the kiddos. As far as the backyard.... there is a covered patio, BBQ grill, a cushioned 3 padded couch, 2 adirondack chairs, and 2 additional outdoor chairs. The patio has an outdoor 55" TCL QLED Google TV. There are built in patio speakers that are Bluetooth enabled for music. Any other questions, just ask!

Shade Canopy

10x10 Shade Canopy Use. Will bring out the Canopy, but you will need to set up and put away.

Grill

Newly bought this year. Four burner grill with a 5th side burner, or can be used as a side table. Must be cleaned after each use. Turn off propane after use. Also, will need to use the grill out in the open (so this means pull put from under the patio)

Built in speakers available that are built into the patio. They are Bluetooth connected. Speakers are for music only. They don't connect to the TV.

Clean up your mess when you are done. If you use any amenities (i.e. grill) they must be cleaned. Clean up after pets. Infants must use swim diapers. Nothing that will leave a mess (i.e fireworks, silly string, confetti, glitter, etc.). No glass Please brush and clean your dog before entering the pool. Supervise children. Otherwise, kick back, relax and have fun!
