Located in the historic Hollywood CA. near Paramount Studios. The studio is a gorgeous 2500sq.ft. photo/video studio that has a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, makeup room and a wardrobe room. With a host of restaurants, prop houses, rental houses nearby. Located 40 minutes from LAX airport, this is a prime studio location for your shoot or event. The studio has wireless internet, AC & Heat and a 10' wide rolling door, 2 wall cyc, 12ft. wide Green Screen sweep and client area. We are a full service studio. Included is grip with (12) full size C-stands, sandbags, (2) steamers, wardrobe racks and many extras. We have 50 seamless colors to choose from at a small charge. We have booms, boxes, scrims and many other amenities. If you need it, we probably have it. I also rent still photo equipment at 20% less than the rental houses if needed. Also I am a commercial advertising photographer with years of experience specializing in Lifestyle, Product and E-commerce photography with full service production capabilities. No job is too large or too small. Parking: My lot is located in the front of my building off Melrose. There are 2 doors to the building, mine is the one on the left that says Garcia. I can fit 6 cars in my lot. (but people have to park correctly). I only have half the driveway so have people park to the left of the center (only). There is an additional 2 & 4 hour parking in the neighborhood. There is also all day parking on Gramercy Place which is 2 blocks east of my studio off of Melrose or you could have people park in the lot at 216 N. Larchmont next to Riteaid which is about 1 1/2 mi. from my studio for $6.00 all day max. and Uber or carpool over. Please relay this info to your clients and crew. (If available my neighbors may rent out their side of the lot which can fit an additional 3 to 4 cars for $100.00). I also can arrange additional parking for up to 15 cars for $35.00 per located 1 block from the studio. Let me know if you have any questions.
