Airy, sunny private space in the Dogpatch with a panoramic view of Pier 70 & the Bay, perfect for photo and film shoots and other production-oriented uses. Use of basic grip, covered parking for up to 3 vehicles, and many additional niceties included. Load-in is a snap with our loading dock and freight elevator. Reserved parking for 1 vehicle is included with your booking. Our tandem parking stall #51 is located near 960 Illinois St. - look for the large "LUX" sign. Please park as far forward as possible, so others can park behind you. There is also free parking for motorcycles and scooters. Street parking is available on Illinois St. and on many of the surrounding blocks. Please check for meters and time restrictions when parking. Some of these spots require payment, or have a time limit. Paid parking is available for $20/day in the IMPARK lot directly behind our building at 901 Illinois St. The entrance is located just across the street from the 960 Illinois St. loading dock.
