Beautiful pool, patio's, gazebo and chill space in Grass Valley. The gazebo has a gas grill that is available for your use, and 2 small refrigerators. The gazebo has seating for 22 people to sit and eat. Next to the gazebo, there are shaded areas to sit (seating for 15) and watch the fun. We have a full-size basketball court available for your use. You can set up table and chairs here for small ceremonies. The space can be turned into volleyball or badminton court as well. There is a hot tub for your use. the pool restroom is located in the residence, with its a private entrance from the pool area. Great space for Baby showers, graduations, birthday parties, bridal showers, small weddings or special events.
