About the pool

We enjoy our little nest of mindfulness so very much. Often we will do a meditation and breathing exercises before we get in the hot tub. From there we like to take a dip into the cold plunge before resting in the sauna. There are some days we repeat these steps several times. No matter whether we have 30 minutes or 2 hours to enjoy our spa, we always feel replenished after.

We keep the hot tub on all year!

Sauna

Our sauna heats up quickly and helps loosen up your muscles, reduces inflammation and is a great place to meditate.

Towels

We have clean and cozy towels ready if you need them.

Cold plunge

This is refreshing all year round. It gets icy in the winter and we add extra ice in the summer. Spring and fall are amazing too?
