Come have an afternoon picnic and enjoy the day to relax and swim in this newer modern pool. Or you can host a party of up to 55 guests. You can bring your own food, catering, drinks, alcohol, cake, yard games and decorations. Restroom and changing room on site in the backyard. Plenty of room to bring a moon bounce or other games. The space includes two 6ft dinner patio tables with 12 chairs, 2 couches, 2 lawn adirondack chairs, 3 lounge chairs, 2 smaller chairs and 6 umbrellas. You are welcome to bring extra canopies, tables and chairs or you can purchase the amenity for extra folding tables and chairs. Pool has a tanning ledge and is 3 ft to 5.6 feet deep at the high end.
