Remote DayCation

Located in the Mason Neck Wildlife Refuge. Large backyard space surrounded by nature and only the sounds it brings. We are excited to host your families and events! -While we do offer to heat the pool for a fee, it naturally sits at around 84 degrees -When in the pool area, you are in complete privacy; not a single neighbor’s home is in sight! *Accessible by boat, 3 minute walk from community dock (I’m also a swim instructor, if you’d like lessons, it’ll be the same price as a normal booking. 1-5 people is $60/hour) • In regards to our 3 star review about me “roaming around” during their reservation: If you plan on drinking heavily and excessively, I have to come out and check on everyone periodically just to ensure that everything is okay. Excessive drinking by a pool is obviously a liability, so I do it only to ensure everyone’s safety. Also, it’s only done when I see things are visibly out of control. I will never come out if I see everything is fine. However, when I can see people stumbling around following heavy drinking such as shots, I will come out only to ask a few people if everything’s going alright. In no way do I want to intrude on anyone’s good time; I keep it short and sweet, and it’s for both of our safety.
