Pool, jacuuzzi, Bocce ball, cornhole, and a large tree swing for non-stop fun. Even Pickleball set up in the driveway - no where close to regulation, but still a lot of fun! Convenient poolside bathroom with shower. Large fire pit with Adirondack seating in a secluded corner surrounded by tiki torches. Sonos music system with multiple zones for adjusting sound or playing separate stations. Large flip down tv on patio perfect for watching movies while soaking in the jacuuzi. Pricing is based on the number of attendees. Make sure you enter the correct number of attendees for an accurate quote PRIOR to messaging me about your event. Attendees should include all people that will be on the property, including yourself and any hired staff. No DJs, bands, or bringing your own speakers. No smoking. No confetti or glitter. No pets.
