The 12x24 pool and 8x8 hot tub can easily accommodate you and up to 10 total people for any occasion or just to relax. The home is owned by a local Architect who has delighted in restoring the home details, adding new landscaping, a new pool and Casita. Teak furniture abounds, with comfortable sunbrella cushions. The Casita has a full kitchen with icemaker, refrigerator, cooktop, microwave/speed oven, and filtered water. It also has a full bathroom including a shower for use. In addition, there is a urinal behind the Casita for male guests to utilize while wet. The pool features a maximum depth of 5 feet and a perimeter underwater bench along two sides, providing a relaxing and social experience. Pool heating to 84 degrees is included in rental fees. The hot tub has a continuous bench along all 4 sides, and powerful jets are included for the hot tub heating fee. There are four patio seating areas for your use, including (1) socializing area with sofa and armchairs (2) three chaise lounges for sunning or laying back (3) dining table with four chairs (4) three counter stools on the upper patio. The two patios with Pergolas have embedded linear electric heaters for your use included. Note: Due to the scale of maintaining the pool, backyard and casita in mint condition, we only accept one booking per day and therefore require a 4 hour minimum. Thanks for your understanding.
