Offering breathtaking views and privacy, this mansion which is located at the top of the hill is the go-to location for all your Film and Photo shoot needs. Neighborhood is extremely film friendly! Ample street parking is available with no restrictions. All rooms are large and offer many looks for any shoot. We look forward to working with you!

-Production is allowed to move furniture to their liking, but we ask shoots to take pictures before and after to ensure everything is placed back to its original location.
-Please have food and drinks outside at all times.
-All Trash must be taken with production or dumping fee will apply.
-Parking is located on the street. Be mindful of neighbors.
-Shoots that go past 11:00pm need to keep the noise level down.
-Smoking is only allowed outside.
