About the pool

Private deck with heater, grill, 2 tables with chairs, and 4 loungers available for relaxation. Access to yard with fire pit and space to play games. Deck can be closed off for complete privacy with privacy screens if desired. Please advise the hostess prior to your booking date so this can be completed.

Getting into pool area is ADA friendly, however getting into residence to use the restroom if a wheelchair is needed may not be possible.

Dry yourself before entering the house. Alcohol is to be limited if driving. No wild parties. If prepared food needs to be heated arrangement’s must be made prior to gathering Please smoke in the back by the fire pit so as to avoid it getting into the residence No glass is allowed in the pool area, All beverages must be put in plastic glasses or cans Music needs to be kept at a reasonable level as this is a neighborhood
