Beautifully decorated, fully equipped, and designed to be both elevated AND cozy, this spacious cottage is conveniently located to shops, cafes, and dining while being in a quaint part of the city. This listing is for the downstairs and outside of home only, and does not include the upstairs. The home has successfully hosted an intimate wedding for 50 guests in the backyard, a bridal shower for 30 guests, productions, and several birthday parties. For events, the space includes the private backyard exteriors with the string lights and access to the first floor, the kitchen for prep and minimal food storing, living room, and restroom for guests. Upstairs is not accessible during events. All vendors, including tables, chairs, tents, linens, catering, etc need to be rented and brought onsite. On-site, the long driveway provides ample space for food tables and Photo Booth setup, the backyard easily accommodates tents and shade structures and tables and chairs, and there is a concrete pad that doubles as a perfect dance floor. We have recommendations for party supply vendors and event coordinators as well for you to rent tables, chairs, linens, etc for your event. We also have a package available for renting tables and chairs for groups of 20 or less, and other packages for add ons like coffee service, PA system rental, and babysitting (for additional fees).
