Pool with waterfalls and large firepit

We have a beautiful 18 x 40 pool with view of Mt. Timpanogos. The shallow end of the pool is a 2 foot deep shelf measuring 18 x 10 feet and is perfect for kids or for lounging and talking. For an extra fee, we can heat the pool to 95 degrees, which makes it like a hot springs in the winter! (Extra fun when it’s snowing!) in order to use the pool in the winter, it is an extra fee and requires at least 4 days notice. We have a large fire pit and grassy side yard, a pergola with party lights, pool lounge chairs, a grill, and use of our basement which has a ping pong table/pool table, an 80” tv with surround sound, a kitchen and two bathrooms.
