A traditional birch whisk prepared in hot water and left in the sauna for use. Gently sweep or tap the skin to boost circulation, release tension, and deepen the sauna experience. Use solo or with a partner.

We’ll prep the Big Green Egg with charcoal and wood chips, ready for grilling or fireside relaxation. Bring your own food, and enjoy cooking over a premium ceramic grill in a peaceful outdoor setting. Tools provided.
