No smoking, no drug use, alcohol is permitted but must be kept clean and thrown in the garbage can provided. Music is allowed,use of the outdoor kitchen is allowed with an additional fee. Food is allowed but must clean up after. The pool is not included in the basketball court booking however you can go to my other listing The Spot and book there for the pool and use of all other amenities including the court and kitchen.
