We've hosted celebrities and film productions, both large and small. Easy load-in and load-out through the attached garage. Tall ceilings, lots of texture. Our 500 sqft Guest house also included that has an indoor, outdoor bar perfect for bartenders. There's also a mini speak-easy bar inside. The guest house is easy to re-stage and set decorate to your pleasing. House amenities include, outdoor firepit, swing set chairs, outdoor shower, pocket doors that open the whole space. Kitchen includes 2 ovens, a microwave, 6 burners, and a griddle. Location is excellent: Between Venice and Lincoln, 1 block from Costco. The guest house is included with use of the space, however other bedrooms (such as master) are not included but can discuss for additional charge.
