Beautiful and restored home. Available for shoots occasionally. Amazing space with traditional kitchen, huge great room, comfy family room and amazing outdoor archways and hallways...this is old Hollywood all the way. Originally built in 1929 by Paul Williams the famed Architect. No smoking anywhere on the property inside or out. No Animals of any kind No PORN You have to treat this place like your own home. This is where we live! FOUR HOUR MINIMUM
