About the pool

Pool was built 2.5 years ago, has night lighting 7.5 feet deep with waterfall and fountains....there is a sitting area and tv with outdoor fans. And BBQ grill and a cooler but you must supply your own ice Parties are ok as long as I know ahead of time. Alcohol is permitted with some rules. Pool is open all year but not heated. Parties are ok with notice before booking please read the RULES. Water features dependent on weather and wind conditions. If pool time is blocked please feel free to message me to confirm. NO INFANTS unless approved (Must Have swimming diapers). Gate will be unlocked just prior to your arrival. If I am not home instructions will be given ahead of your arrival. Very sunny from 8-230 Partial sunny from 230-4, Shady from 4 on. Night swims available if approved by me . I will allow access to the restroom in the house (children must be with a parent). Mssg for specials

No running on the pool deck, you must pick up your own trash and supply your own bag, We sanitize everything after every use, No swearing, no jumping from the water feature.. No eating near or in the pool. Alcohol will be permitted if CLEARED by me. MUST place your towel on the chairs b4 laying or sitting down, to avoid staining chairs
