East Side Pool Bungalow

We are conveniently located near grocery stores, music venues and walking distance to bars, a bodega, and a liquor store, yet this is still a relatively quiet neighborhood. Our backyard is an extremely private and serene space with lots of room to swim and a giant hot tub (that seats roughly 8 or 10). We often see bats in the sky at sunset. We have an upright heater and an outdoor upright fan for the living room patio area if needed. There’s a daybed and some lounge chairs, as well as a table with 6 chairs for eating. Bring your own towels, coolers and ice as well as any non-glass food/refreshments. We have one small cooler on site that you’re welcome to use. We have a portable Sonos speaker on site available for use as well. Since this is our home, we generally add neutral ph moisturizers to the water to make the salt water even more skin friendly and we try to reduce the population of mosquitoes in the area safely.
