Beat The Heat In Privacy!

This private pool features an outdoor bathroom with a shower to wash off the chlorine, and an outdoor kitchen with a sink, mini fridge, and grill. There are also 3 sun beds to lay out, a shaded seating area, and a dining table that seats 8 people. I also have a Bluetooth radio that is perfect for outside and won't disturb neighbors. The best time to book for full sun is 10 am to 5 pm, great for those who love to tan! Pool Heating: The pool can be heated up to 100 degrees if you have a reservation that starts in the evening you may want to add it on depending on the temperature. Please review all the amenities and add the ones you need so they will be ready for your reservation. You will need Towels, Sunscreen, mosquito repellent, and floats or life jackets for kids. (I spray for mosquitoes before every reservation and will light tiki torches for when the sun goes down.) Please leave the property clean as you found it. RULES 1. NO GLASS, DRINKS, OR FOOD IN OR AROUND THE LEDGES OF THE POOL. 2. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO TURN OFF ALL BURNER AFTER USING THE GRILL. 3. PLEASE THROW AWAY ALL TRASH IN THE OUTDOOR TRASH CAN ATTACHED TO THE OUTDOOR KITCHEN. 4. NO RUNNING AROUND THE POOL. DIVING HEAD FIRST, CANNON BALLS ARE OK! 6. NO URINATING IN THE POOL (IT WILL CHANGE COLORS IF YOU DO AND THERE WILL BE A CLEANING FEE OF $250 DOLLARS) 7. NO SELF-TANNERS OR LOTIONS THAT WILL STAIN THE FURNITURE. 8. PLEASE LEAVE PROMPTLY WHEN YOUR RESERVATION IS COMPLETE SO WE CAN GET READY FOR THE NEXT RESERVATION, THANK YOU.
