About the pool

35ft Fiberglass in-ground pool with the following features: * Heated Saltwater Pool. * Hot Tub. * Tanning Ledge. * Color changing LED lighting system. * Portable basketball hoop. * Tiki torches available to keep the bugs away. * Tesla charging available.

**************************************************** FALL HEATING POLICY: 1. Hot tub heating is free. 2. Pool heating targeting 85 degrees is currently free for bookings of 2 hours+. 1 day notice needed to guarantee temp. 3. For bookings under 2 hours, please add heated pool amenity if desired. This policy will be updated as temperatures change. *************************************************

If you would like the pool heated to a certain temperature, please give at least 1 day notice so I can make sure it is set that way. Hot tub will heat fully in half an hour, please give notice if you want it at temperature for the start, and how hot you want it.

We have a private outdoor portable restroom/changing area. In-house bathroom will of course be available in case of any issues.

We officially close at 9pm, but if you are interested in a later end time, please let me know and we may be able to accommodate that.

Hot Tub

Heated Pool

Early Fall Heating: $25 flat fee for bookings under 2 hours. Do not select this if your booking is at least 2 hours or if you only want to use the hot tub, since heating is FREE in those cases.

Tesla Car Charging

Guests may use Tesla charger. Please arrange in advance so that charger can be unlocked.

Large Yard

Property has a large lawn in the back yard that is available for your use.

Lounge Chairs

3 lounge chairs around the pool. The blue one may may placed in the water inside the tanning ledge. Please let me know if additional seating is needed, and I can bring over portable or folding chairs.

Deck

Use of the deck is not included, but you can add it for an additional charge. Deck charge includes usage of table and chairs. Firepit is NOT available for use. Grill is NOT available for use.

Additional Tiki Torches

One Tiki Torch will be provided for free. If you want two additional torches, they are available for an extra charge to cover the cost of fuel.

There is a playground on the property, but that is NOT included in the rental. It may NOT be used due to safety and liability concerns. Children are Infants are welcome, but anyone not potty trained must be in a swim diaper. Music that is not too loud is OK during the day (for example, for a kid's birthday party.) After 7pm (really after dark), let's discuss first. Children's parties and bachelorette parties are welcome. Parties for older teens are not. Diving is forbidden, jumping in on ...
