Relax and cool off

This is a 20 ft by 40 ft pool with a shallow end and deep end. The deep end has a diving board and there is a slide in the middle. There is some seating available by the pool. There are pool toys available. Adjacent to the pool is a screen house with a mini fridge, stereo and a tv with local stations, two tables, and 6 chairs. In the yard there is another table with 4 chairs. There is also a grill, a cornhole set, a hammock and swing set available for use. In the front yard there is a basketball hoop you are welcome to use. In the back of the garage there is a small bathroom that will be available. No pets on the pool deck or in the pool at any time. When playing music, please be courteous of the neighbors so as it is not too loud. Also, please no vulgar music. If it is too loud, you will be asked to turn it down.
