Property is professionally maintained. Landscape and lawn service are performed every Friday morning. The pool is fully serviced and vacuumed each Saturday morning, and the owner cleans and monitors the pool daily. The property is organically treated for mosquitoes and ticks every three weeks. All services are completed before booking times.
🐾 Dog-Friendly
Well-behaved pups are welcome to swim! Please give your pup a good brushing before arrival. If your dog is a shedding breed, a $50 cleaning fee applies. Please select the "Shedding Pup Fee" under Amenities when booking.
🌡️ A Few Notes
• The pool is heated to 85°F, but exact temperature cannot be guaranteed for same-day bookings or during the early season (May/early June) or after Labor Day. Please book at least 24 hours in advance or message ahead if pool temperature is a priority.
• The host's small dog may be inside the home during your visit but will not interfere with your stay.
