Enjoy comfortable lounge chairs, shaded seating, umbrellas, and a dining area for six—perfect for relaxing, entertaining, or just soaking up the day. As the sun sets, the string-lit yard and lighted pool create a magical atmosphere—perfect for a peaceful evening or keeping the water fun going after dark. Property is professionally maintained. Landscape and lawn service every Friday morning. The pool is fully serviced and vaccumed Saturday morning by expert. Owner maintains and cleans pool daily. Organically treated for mosquitoes and ticks every 3 weeks. All services are performed before booking times. Dog-Friendly Well-behaved pups are welcome to swim! Please give you pup a good brushing prior to arrival. If your dog is a shedding breed, a $50 cleaning fee applies. Please select the “Shedding Pup Fee” under Amenities when booking. A Few Notes The pool is heated to 85°F, but exact temperature cannot be guaranteed for same-day bookings or during early season (May/early June) or after Labor Day. Please book at least 24 hours in advance or message ahead if pool temperature is a priority.
