Private Pool House With Large Heated Pool (3 Hr Min)

Hi, sun lovers! we live in North Redmond! We would love to share our dream backyard with you and your friends! We have a full fenced in acre with a 50,000 gallon heated pool. We keep the pool heated to 80 degrees or higher. It also has a diving board! We ALSO have a separate detached 1500 sqf PRIVATE pool house for your party! We made it easy and it’s all included!! Pool house has bathroom and shower. Plenty room to change and rehydrate and, refuel or take a cat nap!! Plenty of couches, TVs also a pool table! This private house has a small kitchen with an island, great for setting up a food spread or drinks. Kitchen has a small fridge large sink, dishwasher, ice machine and with plenty of room. Best part is that it’s very private. Your guests just come around to the gate on the right side of the garage. This is a great intimate experience! When you rent your event , you can come 1/2 hour early to decorate if you want. We also have a Sports Court with 2 basketball hoops and a badminton net and pickleball with lights if needed. Corn hole and other fun games are available for more fun! Under the private pool house is a nice covered area with  fire pit also there’s a large outside round table that has a fire pit in the middle as well. Lots of seating! It’s definitely a resort like feeling! Everything is all inclusive. $300 per hour, a minimum 3 hrs. Also no hot tub. One of the photos we ended up having a TV shoot for the UFC…. I don’t know if you heard of DJ Might Mouse.. huge camera crew on site. It was pretty cool.
