About the pool
BRAND NEW CUSTOM POOL & SPA built last year. So many features it took over a year to complete! Located in a gated community. Home is custom built. Outdoor custom patio has every upgrade imaginable. The new pool features a tanning ledge, oversized Rock Waterfall, huge curved bench for in pool guests (seats 10 people comfortably) and 4 water jets that flow at different heights. At night you can have colored light shows of any solid color or a combination of colors. There are 2 custom chat sitting areas overlooking the pool. All of my friends constantly ask to have parties here. It’s the ultimate social spot for private party events or just family fun with the kids!

BRAND NEW CUSTOM POOL - Fee only applies if requesting heater on - heated upon request but not needed in Texas summers. NOTE 8 hours notice must be given to heat entire pool.

GORGEOUS spa with spillover feature into the tanning ledge of pool. Heated with bubbles/blower upon request. $50 Fee only applies if requesting heater on.

2 Private Chat Areas

2 customized sitting areas overlooking the pool including plush seating & LED light umbrellas. Round Firepit area has rockers. Ideal for large groups or couples.

GORGEOUS custom patio

Plush sectional seating, glass table with 4 padded chairs & 2 rockers, fireplace, outdoor custom bar with 10 high bar stools that include 2 big screen smart TV’s (one hanging for viewing in patio & spa , one hanging from ceiling for guests in the pool) . Awesome for watching movies in the pool

Safety is our first priority! Please make sure kids have life jackets on if new swimmers. Infant/toddler life jackets & floaties are available upon request. Appropriate swim suit attire and pool shoes or flip flops are required outside the pool. Please drink & smoke responsibly. Smoking is allowed on the outside seating chat areas. PARTY ON & HAVE A GREAT TIME!
