About the pool

Great pool in a great location! Pool is a saltwater pool with 3ft to 8ft depth. Usually sunny, but there are also shaded areas. Pool deck includes 4 lounge chairs, 8 patio chairs, 3 side tables, and a breakfast table. Pool is surrounded on 3 sides with fencing to allow privacy from neighbors. Private bathroom is also available in pool house. Pool house is complete with a wet bar, mini fridge, futon couch, and TV making it perfect for entertaining. Alcohol is permitted for 21+ in the pool house and pool deck, but no glass or glass products are permitted in the pool. Due to potential damage to filter, confetti and streamers of any type will be prohibited.
