Large 35' by 20' pool and surrounding concrete take up less than half of big backyard, allowing large groups plenty of room to spread out. Pool has a large 3' deep shallow end with steps and an 8' deep end featuring matching love seats and a diving board - no head first diving please. Generally speaking, the pool is bathed in sunlight all day while several trees keep the grassy lawn in the shade. Pool has an underwater spotlight for night swimming and the yard is surrounded by strings of colorful lights. There is a picnic table with a large umbrella and several new outdoor loungers with their own side tables for drinks & phones. Plenty of additional chairs can be moved wherever you want. And for young and old, a flotilla of inflatables and pool toys to be enjoyed free of charge. Restroom in the main house is available at all times.
