This property boasts a spacious one-acre private backyard, featuring a magnificent saltwater pool with an expansive beach entry. Among the largest residential pools in the inland empire, it offers ample seating options both on the rocks and within the pool benches. The highlight of the pool area is the charming grotto, complete with a spa and cascading waterfall, creating an exclusive and serene retreat. For entertaining guests, the sundeck situated above the pool provides a perfect space, and off to the side, there is a delightful putting green for golf enthusiasts. *Pool heating requires a 3 hour minimum booking. Rules: 1) Please accurately reserve for the number of people attending. The insurance is based off the number of guests. 2) Snacks, Food, and Drinks (kids/adults) are allowed. We ask there are no glass bottles, and no food or drinks in the pool. 3) Use the large trash can provided. 4) Bathroom: Toilet, Sink, and changing only. 5) We ask that it looks the way you found it
