This chic MINERAL POOL & private oasis is a hidden gem in the city of Barrie! *Please note the pool is currently not being heated as I paused the listing to close the pool for the season. However, Mother Nature had other plans! The sun definitely helps warm the pool and I can tell you what the pool temp is if you are interested in booking. Yesterday morning it was 72. With room for up to 15, this fully enclosed and private backyard has a Hamptons meets the Carribean vibe. The custom mineral (not salt!) pool has only 5%. Chlorine. Making this the healthiest pool filtration system! It’s even better than saltwater and chlorine. No crazy chemicals in this water! Many people comment on how great their skin and hair feel after. The aqua water with the granite coping and sun-steps are a great way to spend the afternoon with friends or family. Maybe a girls or guys day out, a shower or birthday celebration, or a team building day. It’s even a perfect backdrop for photos! Families love teaching little ones to swim here because of the sun steps. Lots of shaded areas to sit and relax or catch some rays in the pool on the steps or on the floating lounges (loads of pool toys including our resident swan!). Also lots of loungers by the pool.
