Please send us an inquiry with the date, start & end time you'd like, any paid amenities you want to add, and the approximate number of guests (#adults, #children), and we will send you back a custom party rate that youll be able to accept or decline. Come and enjoy a hot, sunny day keeping cool in our private countryside swimming pool! Our rental fee doesn't just include our swimming pool, it also includes our beautiful sunroom, a kitchenette with a double sink, mini fridge, ice maker & microwave, a private bathroom, and TONS of free amenities like pool floats and games for every age! Other amenities we offer for a small fee are things like extra tables, chairs, sun canopies, and host help setting and cleaning up for parties! Alcohol/411 Policy: We do allow our guests 21+ to responsibly consume alcohol and marijuana during a reservation, however, you should note that when you make your reservation through Swimply, the contract you agree to and sign does state that the consumption of any mood altering substances negates any and all liability on the hosts and Swimply in the event of an injury or death. This means there will be no liability coverage for you, and you will have no legal recourse against the host or Swimply should anything happen. We also strongly encourage you to have a designated driver available if you will be using alcohol or marijuana during your booking.
