Big Blue with Resort-Style Flair

Large freeform pool with hot tub, slide and jumping rocks. There is a small waterfall near the slide and a spillover from the hot tub into the pool. There is a sun shelf with steps down to a large shallow section (about 50 feet long) with a deep end near the slide and jumping rocks. There are two seats in the water on the sides of the pool. Lots of seating and shade, including cushioned seats underneath the pergola. The pool and hot tub have cool color changing lights at night as well as regular lighting around the area. Speakers are also spaced around the pool. There is a bathroom in the off-house garage, use garage for bathroom purposes only. There is a basketball hoop and concrete patio just outside the pool. There is also a large yard seperating the house from the pool. TO the opposite side as the basketball hoop, there is an in-ground trampoline and playground.
