About the pool

A picturesque backdrop of trees and beautiful pool that delivers a unique experience while swimming, warming up in the hot tub, watching movies, and enjoying music. The pool has a large splash pad for kids. is plenty of seating for small to large groups. Pool is kept at 88 degrees (Spring and Fall) if you want the pool even hotter, it’s available on request. There's a trampoline in the backyard for added enjoyment. For an extra cost, you can have access to the kitchen and heated hot tub. Swim instructors, message me for better rates. Kitchen is available for additional cost.

Pets- pool upkeep

Pets were free before, but due to the amount of pet hair floating in the pool along with the amount of chemicals needed, I have to charge. 1 dog is equivalent to 7 people when you compare chlorine levels. If your pet does get in the water, please apply this amenity.

Sunbathing topless is permitted; however, bottoms must remain on at all times. Please be advised that surveillance cameras are active in the area. Activities are limited to either sunbathing or swimming in the pool—loitering or running around is not permitted. Additionally, children are not allowed in designated sunbathing areas.
