Large 45 yard long (1/2 football field long) grassy lawn - park like setting surrounded by pool, palm trees, landscaping, flowers, and tropical gardens. Certified Wildlife Habitat. Winter season - Pool heated to 70-78 degrees Depending on outside temperature, Hot Tub Heated to 92-100° per request. Pool refinished with Pebble Plus Luminosity! Easy access from hwy. 101 or 85. Includes access to: bar, 3 TV's, two bathrooms, Four 10x10 Canopies, 7 Tables (already setup), 30+ Chairs, umbrella, chaise lounge, cooler, ice, pool toys. BBQ Grill with charcoal, kitchen, fireplace and den. electrical hookups, pool table, Bluetooth speaker, P.A., dance area. Pet friendly with gated backyard. OK to bring: food, caterer, carry-out.
