Come relax, enjoy floral surroundings and a taste of the tropics in this kidney shaped pool. Pool is equipped with a diving board for all (225 lb limit) and water slide for the kids “ONLY” (125 lb limit), Please no playing in the tile areas (waterfall) and use the bridge only when crossing. Hot Tub turns into a virtual volcano at night with light changing colors (pool as well) and explosive bubbles from the bubble machine. Pool and Hot Tub are professionally cleaned every Tuesday morning and maintained thru the week. Access to Pool from driveway gate ONLY (see the sign on gate) you may park in the driveway or side of the house and out front as well. Will leave gate unlocked on day or evening of rental for easy no hassle, no contact access. Back living area adjacent to the pool is available if you need to cool off from the heat. The half bath is inside around the corner as well. The half bath is wiped down thoroughly with Clorox cloths after every rental. Stereo receiver on covered Lanai for entertainment use. Inflatables and floats available for use. There is a charcoal smoker for grilling needs.
