TOP RATED POOL IN MARIN COUNTY! Large pool in a beautiful and private backyard. The view is outstanding, looking over the Bay Area and San Pablo Bay. You will have complete privacy as all shades will be drawn. GRAND remodeled restroom located just steps off of the pool. You may use any of the outdoor tables. The shaded one seats 8, while the sunny one seats 4. There are pool floats available and you are also welcome to bring your own pool floats if you wish. There are 4 single loungers for sunbathing. *WE ARE ONLY ACCEPTING A MAXIMUM OF FOUR LARGE GROUPS PER MONTH THIS YEAR. AFTER THAT I HAVE TO DECLINE IN ORDER TO KEEP THE PEACE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. I HOPE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND. One hour reservations will be accepted the day of the reservation if it is immediately preceding or following another reservation. Groups over 15 require a 3 hour minimum. *No lifeguard on duty. Please supervise children at all times. No glitter, confetti, water balloons, silly string or bubble machines.

Heated Pool

The solar pool heater will be turned back on mid April. It takes a week of good weather for the pool to come up to a warmer temperature. Usually by July we’re up to mid 80’s. The hot tub will always be preheated before your arrival.

I’ll provide a 6ft buffet table with linen. It will include plates, cutlery and napkins. You just bring the food. Large garbage can will also be provided for your use. (I use real plates and silverware. I take care of the cleaning afterwards)
