About the pool

Beautiful 16x34 saltwater pool with spillway and hot tub. Depth ranging from 3’4”-5’11”. Built in seating as well as many lounge chairs and gazebo with sofa seating. Poolside swing, hammock, and gorgeous rock garden. Fire pit, inflatable bounce houses, grill, tents, tables, chafing dishes, inflatable screen, popcorn machine, and full basement is available for additional fee. I have everything you need to make your swim a success without having to lift a finger.

Dry yourself off before entering residence. No loud music after 10pm. No running or diving. No glass in pool area. No life guard on duty.. No sex or nudity. No DJs at all and you cannot bring your own speakers. I provide a speaker that can be used. No smoking inside residence. Clean-up time is built in your swim time so make sure everything is cleaned-up before your end time. No hanging out in front of the home once your swim is over.
