Nice Big Pool

9 ft deep pool; It's 51 ft. by 22 ft. The water is crystal clear all the way down to the deep end floor. It's PH balanced to best alkalinity. We use NST Cal Hypo chlorine (better) in safe 2 ppm to 3 ppm range for a salt water feel. No eye irritation underwater. It includes a diving board at 26" above the water. The deep end has a step on either side of the diving board for sitting or water exit. The shallow side steps are across the entire area & are at 5", 15", & 25" deep for sitting, tanning, wading, & exit. Nice lush landscaping in a quiet private relaxed setting. After Swimply increased the host commission for 2025 we raised our rates a little to cover the increased fee.
