Swimply…. Need Customer Service ASAP!

This is the last straw for Swimply. I do not accept instant bookings. A guest requested a reservation today, 8/11/24, but because it was last minute, I could not accept. Swimply took her money anyway. No idea why when there was no reservation. Their customer service consists of a main menu and maybe five different issues. If the problem isn’t one of those issues, then your shit out of luck. It’s multiple choice and a Robot. Their customer service is basically nonexistent, and I will not have Swimply make me look bad. More issues than what it is worth. I’m out. HORRIBLE. Enjoy soaking up the rays or floating the day away! There is plenty of sunny and shaded seating. Pool is 18’ X 36’. You are welcome to bring your small friendly dog, but leave the kids with a sitter ;). With plenty of trees surrounding most of the backyard, it has a somewhat private atmosphere. We have a cooler for you to use. Just let us know what size and bring your own ice. All guests must be Age 30+ & must know how to swim. Absolutely NO DIVING. Enjoy all the Bristol Rhode Island has to offer, including our pool, for the day / night. Our neighborhood is adjacent to Colt State Park & the bike path.
