About the pool
City-based, residential, L-shaped, inground, gunite pool. Deep end measures 10 to 12 feet w/ diving board available. Shallow end is 4-5 feet deep. Seating shelf in the deep end. Pool house equipped with half bath, shower room, and pool kitchen. Great yard with plenty of shading and multiple seating options.

This is a residential area. Noise including music and play should be maintained at a level that is considerate for neighbors. Clean up after yourself and leave the area in as good of a shape or better than you found it. No glass allowed in the pool area. No lifeguard on duty swim at your own risk.
