Playground for Kids with fully Synthetic Grass. Has Privately full Restroom. Has Day Bed, 2 Lounge Chairs, Benches and umbrellas. Includes Round dining table with 6 high chairs.

Absolutely No Smoking, No bottle Drinks, No Jumping off the Rock Slide, No Nudity, No loud Music after 10pm. Minimum 4hr Rentals. Must leave Premis as found “Clean and all Trash Bags in Black City Can”. There will be a cleaning fee on Any stains left on cushions.
