Huge lot with car parking for your event

I have a huge lot which I am renting out to host a private event like birthday, baby shower, anniversary, quinceanera, etc. I can host upto maximum of 30 guests at the property. I have space to park around 10 cars on the property. I have a 26'x16' artificial turf in the backyard. A concrete patio of 40'x30' available for your event. It has 4 metal poles which can be used for curtains, lighting, etc. You can bring a port-a-potty for use during your event. If you need access to the kitchen, I am happy to provide you inside the house for additional cleaning fees. The house would mostly be vacant during your event.
